put the person's name in the email subject.

"This message is sent to you from Home Office Pro to inform you that you have just received a new prospect from your website." is the current subject, doesn't tell us who it is if we ever want a quick glance from our inbox we have to open each one to find the specific email.

        Sometime my e-mails do not come through, and if a friend signs in, how do I SEARCH and find them. I do not have office pro.

        I totally agree with Ryan...put that person's name at the end of the subject line to look like this: " you have just received a new prospect from your website - Ryan Hache "
