R/Magic: most antiquated feature is HTML email - The SPACING creates browser issues needs reworking

It takes a miminum of 4 TESTS to my yahoo and gmail to get a decent look to my emails - - TEMPLATES would be a wonderful addition. Since this is primarily an EMAIL PLATFORM it would seem that the HTML editor would be TOP PRIORITY... it's the MOST frustrating feature of R/Magic - - (Love R/Magic anyway but this REALLY needs fixing)

Hey Melissa, what is your objective with this so I can understand better how you will want it to be developed.
ability to view/print outside of the 8-5pm range.

I work full time 8am-5pm, so do most people, so calling after 5pm is ideal. But this doesn't show on my calendar.

We are working with a service that has a call center in place to call your leads and 3 ways you into a call when they are interested.
Create a iPhone/smartphone & IPad app!

Would LOVE a GOOD home office pro app so I can work more efficiently from my iPhone or iPad when I'm not at my desk.

we are currently reviewing the ability to add custom outcomes for each user. This may also be an easy fix by requesting this from the founder of the team if they agree with the proposed changes.

Lead Tracking

The ability to add tracking to our OWN websites that use the HOP lead capture form. I do not know where my leads are coming from. We need some sort of tracking code to put on the end of our url's for each of our campaigns so we know the origin of all of our leads.

Make our lead database searchable by a number of different fields

I need to be able to search my lead database by different fields, such as by campaign, phone, and date added. Right now the fields we can use to do custom searches is extremely limited and it often means I have to manually scroll through every single lead to find the ones I'm looking for which is very time consuming and inefficient.
